Not quite sure what type of career path you want to follow? Utilize these simple surveys that will help you get a better understanding of who you are and what careers might fit you the best.

  • Focus 2 is a career and education planning system that offers insight on work interests, personality, skills, values and leisure activities. The assessments lead to self-discovery to make the decision-making process easier.

  • Strong Interest Inventory is a career-planning tool that explores six career themes. The empirically based assessment can assist in major exploration, career development, employee engagement and more.
