Listing Internships
University Career Services welcomes employers to post internships and co-ops for Georgia State University students. The first step is to register on Handshake, and your account will allow you to post right away. Existing users log in here.

Approval Process
Please allow three business days for your posting to be approved. In many cases, we are able to approve it more quickly. Include clear career learning goals and supervision information in the description for the quickest turnaround.

Unpaid Internships
Paid internships are viewed 3.8x more than unpaid internships! For a more robust candidate pool, consider paying an hourly wage or stipend.

In addition, review the guidelines for unpaid internships as established by the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Academic Credit for Internships
Students pursuing academic credit for their internship will work with you and their department to determine it meets all requirements. Employers interested in this process do not need to take additional action.
