After working in the biotech industry for many years, Adelaide decided to embark on a career in higher education. She has worked in university, technical, and community college settings and is most passionate about helping students discover their career path early in their academic career. When she's not working, she enjoys cruising the Caribbeans or spending time on a tranquil clearwater beach with her wonderful family.
